Fittings from home

Your $500 deposit is credited toward your garment order. Your first order includes a white or blue dress shirt, a baste fitting and shipping both ways. The shirt is included in the garment price.

If you choose not to proceed with the garment order, $250 of the deposit is refundable. Contact Greg before approving your final order. The balance is finalized and collected at your baste fitting.

In-person orders

No online deposit is required to book. Choose your cloth and get measured with Greg, then pay in the shop. Because each garment is made for you, finalized custom orders are not returnable for a change of mind.

Fit and adjustments

Contact Greg if your garment needs attention. For remote orders needing additional adjustments, we offer a $100 credit toward a future Smith Bespoke order. Discuss any local alteration reimbursement with Greg before arranging work. Remakes are available when needed; Greg will confirm the appropriate solution and timing.

If a garment has a factory or Clothier error, we will work with you to correct it or remake it at our expense. Changes requested because of a fabric or style choice are reviewed individually. Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under law.

Fitting and delivery

After your garment deposit, book a 30-minute video fitting using your checkout email and order number. Greg confirms the paid order and sends your video link.

Your baste fitting ships within three weeks of the initial fitting. Finalize your order and pay the balance at the baste fitting. Finished garments take 4–5 weeks after that appointment.

The initial balance date shown at checkout is 30 days after purchase. Greg adjusts it to your baste-fitting date and collects the balance after you approve the order.

Visit the shop

In-person appointments last 60 minutes. Choose cloth and get measured with Greg, then pay in the shop. The remote first-order package does not apply to in-person bookings.
